Home to the award-winning Ashmore Farmhouse and Kelly’s Canterbury Goat and a wide selection of other unpasteurised and pasteurised cheeses.
Working as a small team, they are proud to carry out the whole process beginning with grass through to the finished cheese. All of the Kentish Blue & Kingcott Blue cheeses are made on their dairy farm in the heart of Kent with milk from their lovely herd of cows.
High Weald Dairy are an award winning Sussex cheese maker specialising in artisan cow, sheep and goat milk cheeses, all lovingly crafted on their family-owned farm in the beautiful West Sussex countryside.
Third-generation dairy farmers. Cheesemaking has been a long-held dream for them and, in 2021, were able to realise that dream when they acquired The Traditional Cheese Dairy.
Nut Knowle Farm was established in 1979, and now produces a comprehensive range of Vegetarian, Pasteurised Goats Milk Cheeses to suit all palates. The cheeses are lovingly made by hand in their own dairy.
They supply award winning cheeses to a wide range of businesses, from Michelin-starred restaurants to delis, farm shops and cafes, and everything in between.
They produce cow's milk cheeses at their dairy at Commonwork Organic Farm in Kent(CWOF).
Their two signature cheeses have won numerous awards.
Awarded one of the highest accolades of Gold in the World Cheese Awards. They are proud to be the UK’s 1st carbon neutrally produced and delivered cheese.
At Ellie’s Dairy they try to raise their goats in as natural an environment as possible. They are not certified organic but they farm as traditionally as possible and work to the highest standards of responsible and ethical farming.
